Hot & Spicy Fried Prawn


1 pounds raw prawns
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Jakarta Sambal Hot & Spicy Chili Sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 strips thinly peeled lemon rind
1 tomato, finely chopped

Shell and devein prawns.
Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion and garlic until onion is soft.
Add Jakarta Sambal Hot & Spicy Chili Sauce and lemon rind, then add prawns and fry. Stirring constantly until prawns change color.
Add tomato and lemon juice and simmer on low heat until gravy is thick and oil start to separate.
Remove lemon rind. Stir in salt and serve immediately.
